Makro needs to learn the e-commerce space! First fire the person in charge now!

They have the worst delivery services. I bought my kids stationery online and the delivery was split into 5 different deliveries spread over a few days. I was force to stay home and wait for the deliveries. I will never purchased from Makro online again! Whoever is in charge of this should be fired! Makro should group all items at the closest branch before displacing it to the client and not directly from the supplier! You failed! So many customers is frustrated already
