Makro needs to hire people who work

Purchased a defy fridge on Wednesday, requested fridge to be delivered on Friday. Instead driver calls on Thursday to say 20 mins away! I work in johannesburg central! Today I spent half the day on calls some were cut off mid sentence, others not answered! Finally get to the driver who has no idea he had to deliver the fridge today!

Are there any people left in Makro still working? What do I do? My insulin has been in ice packs the entire day.... but no one can tell me whether or not my fridge will arrive!
