Makro need to clean up there game

I purchased a Samsung 14 Plate 3 Rack Dishwasher from Makro on 03/10/2021. I asked them to confirm stock and after they did I paid for everything including R200 delivery charge to drive 8km.

The moment I arrived home I received a phone call to inform me that suddenly now there is no stock and I would have to wait for 7-days.

Today is 15/10/2021 and I have received NO correspondence from Makro, not a single call. On top of that, after having to speak to multiple people it seems no one knows what's going on. That's when a phone does get answered. No one can locate this order.

The best part if I did not contact Makro no one would have ever known I am waiting

I think it's disgraceful service
