Please people be warned Do not buy 5 Star furniture they products are poorly made but so expensive the guy with the nme Alpeus from 5 Star furniture assisted me very Rude don't know how to speak with women. Makro now tell me If I want to Return the poorly workmanship couches I need to pack it up, but I should remember that If the couches gets damage in the process of Return I will be liable if It gets damaged. Imagine so I've paid R130000 for couches that hve a manufacturing stitching problem I told them My husband has a Back problem I got a ankle sprain How do u expect customers to package up couches the same way the hve received it Impossibleso R130000 down the drain IL NVER buy from makro ever again I now see customer service is poor ND not satisfied I even ask for a Reimbursed but I was told It's not pART of their policy Terrible customer satisfaction may u loose more than I hve I hve saved up for this couches only to Receive it Damage upon opening. IF UR GOODS WERE CHECKED PROPERLY BEFORE SENDING IT TO ME WE WOULD HVE NO ISSUE I was even told by a makro customer service staff If u keep it u happy I'm not happy I can't wrap up the couch to give it to courier so my only option is to keep it As I'm in no capacity to wrap it up but I end up with damage couches ND a wasted R130000 I regret supporting mkro ND 5 Star fu furniture A big lost.
