Makro National Call Centre

Makro National call center do not provide any help or assistance to clients. I have a problem with an online order that was not delivered since 7 March 2023. I logged an quiry at the call center and although they promise feedback within 48 hours none was received. Every time you phone to gollow up another agent assist you and just informed you they will come back to you that never happens. If you complain about this they tell you they have procedures that needs to be followed and you are informed that you now need to wait another 48 hours. No one if the agents contacted me with feedback and my order was also not yet delivered. Compain number ***
