Makro - my worst online shopping experience EVER

The worst online shopping experience I ever experienced in my life. Online portal said delivery will be 2-5 days...this is day 12, I had to phone 3 times, currently on the line for 41 minutes and counting and no one can tell me where my order is, I've spent more than 100 minutes at my expense trying to find out where my order, only to hear the one story after the other - I ordered camping equipment for our holiday given their commitment to deliver between 2-5 days - SHOCKING, HORRIBLE experience and I still don't have any update, 45 minutes at my expense and they just cut me off
