Makro my dear, I need my refund

On the 7th of April I ordered some items with a mini stepper but few days after placing an order they said that my products were out of stock, but then they refunded the money for some of the items on my payflex account excluding the money for the mini stepper I enquired about my refund from then until now but still no help, it’s been 6 months trying to get my refund but the customer service team says they will get back to me but end up not responding I need help because I really need the money
