Makro mute on whereabouts of #BlackFriday product not collected

In anticipation of #BlackFriday weekend, i placed an order with Makro online. Although one crucial item was unavailable at the selected store at the time, however, I was informed that it was ready for collection a couple of days later.

The order was collected, surprisingly enough this particular item was omitted and it was followed by an email stating that it was collected on Sunday, November 26 - by whom beats me.

I've sent numerous emails and reached out to their social media team trying to locate the missing product, however, Makro left me hanging because they just don't care as there has been no response let alone acknowledgment of receipt.
