MAKRO MREWARDS, MONEY FORFEITED, PAY BACK THE MONEY

I am a member of Makros MREWARDS Programme, I had over R500.00 in my MWallet. I called Makro Call Centre this morning as I couldn't access the MREWARD app....Makro stated that they since cancelled this Programme and my money is gone I find this unacceptable as I didn't receive any notification that they were cancelling this as I would have taken the necessary steps to redeem my cash accumulated

Please assist urgently
