Makro, More like ****-RO!!!!!!

If only I came to read these reviews sooner. Most likely waisting my time like all the other people here but I need to voice my frustration.

I ordered items online on the 27th of NOV 2023. 1st attempt they took the money and the order was not updated showing pending payment. Had to cancel and redo the order plus make another payment as I needed the items ASAP.

Till this day iv been fighting with them via Email and per phone call, with calling them being the only way they'll give you a response. This process costing me more money in the form of data and airtime just listen to their empty promises and the annoying hold tone! Still no refund after being told 14 working days (which is ridiculous, with other companies doing it in less than a week) and I'm still one item short with no update or new ETA provided for it. To top it all of I was requested to send proof of payment for the refund which they never responded to to confirm if all was in order. Phoned numerous times to follow up not getting hold of them, on day 14 they tell me they wont be able to accept my POP and ill have toe resend another one!

Im lost for words with Makro trying to be Takealot but clearly can not deliver. The service received is not even worth the 1 star I'm forced to give and I hope no one else falls victim to the same *** service
