Makro montique gardens . Disgrace

Purchased a double door hisense side by side fridge/freezer. When they delivered.the bottom fridge drawer didn't have a runner. They then said I must log it with hisense. After that they agreed to swop the fridge. Then it was out of stock. Long story short after promising that they will deliver before 11 today. It's now 15.00 and no fridge. This is all makro montique gardens branc. And the delivery executive manager doesn't answer their phones. I have been put on hold for 6.34min. Avela who assisted me with the purchase and throughout the process have been great and I wish that she will get a better company to work for.buts been 2 weeks now. Still haven't swopped.she added a note for urgent delivery.and still nothing.
