Makro Montague Park - Poor Customer Service - TV Repairs

The worst customer service to date.

I sent my TV in for repairs 6 weeks ago with no assessment of what is wrong and if it can be repaired. All I get is it is with the supplier. @Makro - Do you even follow up with the supplier? Your policy says 6 weeks and an assessment will be provided. This is terrible service.

I have been struggling to get hold of the Montague Park Branch. No one at the call centre can transfer and each number given from the call centre redirects back to the call centre. Are these numbers for the store even working or are your employees just refusing to take calls? ***/***.
