MAKRO MONTAGUE GARDENS WORST SERVICE EVER!

I have placed an order with Makro online and selected montague gardens store. R10 000 order paid on the 7th of August and up to date nothing had been delivered. They do email to say that the delivery is out for dispatch and then it never gets to be delivered. I have explained that I needed to feed 104 children and that the food is for them. But still no help! I am spending so much money to resolve the matter, by calling and staying on the line for nearly 1 hour, the last call was exactly 46minutes and then still no solution. Also to supply and feed these children from day to day amking another plan. Makro does false advertising of 1-2 days delivery. They call to confirm delivery and they dont pitch! they feel nothing for their customers and SIMPLY DONT CARE! I MUST SAY that I am disgusted by this type of service delivery. Asking for a return of the funds, they have stories off 10 days. How is it fair that you simply dont have a choice but to accept this type of service delivery?
