Makro Montague Gardens is the pits

I only received four items from my order and till today i have received no feedback, im at wits end at this point.

I have paid for products and I did not receive it, i was at the store almost a month ago only to be told they gna investigate, i have been calling them everyday since, i am now told that the person at the Makro Montague Gardens branch, is no longer available to speak to me after i was promised a call from the manager, I was told my query will be resolved two weeks ago and i have still not received any feedback. I do not understand why the customer should wait for months on end to receive items they have paid for!! Is it the customers fault that someone somewhere between the store and the courier, stole the goods? Do you not have insurance covering theft of goods? Do you not have a query policy? How long does it take to investigate ****** items?
