What a great service experience I got from Makro Montague Gardens. 😊👏

My credit card was not working, and the front customer service department had already knocked off. The Lady from the back till were I supposed to pay for the washing Machine was very rude and not intending to help.

While I was looking for someone to help, I met one friendly lady who was checking her work paper and she pointed to my life saviour who stood by me throughout this situation.

The lady exhausted all her resources to connect me with the customer care for my credit card. > she came up with the solution before we can call. > she explained the situation to customer service department. > she kept testing the card for me.

Even when she saw that I was tired and I lost hope, she comforted me.

She is one of the supervisors unfortunately I was not able to get her name. This incident occurred on a Sunday. 12 November 2023

(Cashier number 2131) >The front proactive checker who checked our grocery to ensure once the payment goes through, we can go home. > Till packer she ensured all the leaking good were replaced. > Sales rep that finished the sale William Geduld he was also patient and waiting with us.

I am happy my washing machine was delivered and installed perfectly.
