Makro Montague gardens and Lenovo won't give me my laptop back after 54 days.

I took my laptop in july while still under 6 months warranty to get it fixed. @Lenovo refused to fix it and said accidental damage. They gave me a quote of r6000 to fix for a laptop l bought r3900. I rejected the quote and requested my laptop back. A month later my laptop isn't back. They have my laptop since 20 July.That's nearly 60 days now.l have fone to Makro montague gardens twice now.

Is this fair. Makro and Lenovo.
