Makro montague garden bad online service

I am a monthly online shopper at makro and December i received a packed of rollup crayons short i reported it via whatsapp. Twice and again earlier this week i even email them and i didnt get any feedback. Today i received my order again after being in a delay with 3 days and again with missing items. My medlemon they didnt pack. Makro online department is getting super bad.
