MAKRO MONTAGU GARDENS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
We bought a DEFY washing machine 2 months ago, brand new, out of the box. used the machine once and was not working correctly. Waiting almost 2 months for assistance to fix the washing machine or to replace the machine. This is becoming ridiculous as we need to pay each week a laundry service to wash our clothes.
