MAKRO MONTAGU GARDENS // MAKRO SA

Looking at the overall rating displayed on Hellopeter, it seems perhaps this review will also just be a waste of time. I guess i will waste my time either way with the hope that other consumers can benefit from this.

ive been in contact with two members and a manager, Nabraska, at Montagu Gardens branch. after receiving laughable service and to date still trying to get someone of MAKRO SA to resolve my matter, i approached hellopeter and was in contact with someone named Ashleigh. i was informed the matter is being directed to senior management and that the matter was being taken seriously... this was last week. a series of emails followed and i have been sending the same details upon their request.

to date, i sit with an item that is non functional that ive paid R9000 for, and NEVER used since the day i purchased it. too top it off it is the second ! item Makro gave me that is problematic and there has been a major lack in effort on their part to resolve it. i guess now id probably have to waste my time at the ombudsman as I've wasted my time here as well. Honestly, i would rather spend the extra bit at a different store that can show more professionalism and interest in their clients.
