I have dealt with two seperate managers : Titus and Nebraska regarding the purchase of a new Trojan Treadmill TR1200.

It was the second item they sent me, the first which was faulty and the second which did not switch on. To date neither manager or staff had the courtesy to return my call or advise on the way forward. Despite the item being brand new i have not been able to make any use thereof and sustained loaded mobile bills for calls to Makro to resolve the matter. The level of service is laughable. I wish to submit this review as i have not had the matter resolved as yet and now wish to proceed further against Makro SA in this regard.
