Makro misses the mark

I bought a simple item online - weeks later no delivery so I try and cancel the order. I phone the number on their website and get a very long story about why they cant cancel my order (even though they acknowledge the order has not moved).

Give this Company an enormous miss if you want to spare yourself a headache. Can't get delivery but hey you cant cancel it either?????? What!!!!!
