Makro misleading clients on Blingstallation installers

We purchased a new stove/hob/extractor and were advised by the salesman Jerry M (the printing is so poor I cannot tell the surname) that they use professional installers that he advised us to use since they clean up and remove the old equipment.

They did *not* remove the old equipment and did a rush job to get done in an hour which turned out quite shoddy with some damage to the cabinetry.

I may very well have received better service at cheaper than the R950 (+R30 for extra wiring) along with having the equipment removed.

Misinforming your clients is truly poor form!
