MAKRO misleading and deceiving customers

Makro, it’s the 30 December, and still the order has not been collected or replaced with a ‘Pre-assembled’ desk. I have been attempting to sort this out since the 12th December with Reference numbers 476259, **********, **********.

This is FALSE ADVERTISING when you state ‘Pre-Assembled’ and you are DECEIVING customers.

Your call centre staff have the audacity to ask me to assemble it myself, and on my first call the consultant ask me to ask the courier guy if he can assemble the desk.

Unacceptable.

Tenuous, generic responses.

Please have this matter resolved as it is wasting my time.
