Makro - Misleading Advertising for Online Shopping
Order MAK*** I noticed there were R100 deals at Makro so ordered online. However, latest when I received my purchase I noticed that the full price was paid and not R100 deals. When you go onto their website it says R100 Deals Catalogue - Check out the latest discounted deals etc. and then it says VIEW, DOWNLOAD OR SHOP ONLINE. Now any sane person would think this means the R100 deals is in respect of online transactions as well. I have sent 5 or more emails to them complaining about this ......................... not one response. They have flatly ignored my emails. I mean how do you work with this type of service. It's shocking to say the least. To me this is misleading advertising and I don't care how long I must wait but I will be relentless in this matter.
