Makro mis information

I purchased a 75 inch Skyworth TV from Makro online. The specs as per makro website states length 189cm however when I measured the TV it's 167cm. This is a total misrepresentation of the product. I emailed Makro and a rep called me and put me through to Skyworth, whom was unable to assist me. I bought the TV from Makro not Skyworth, why should I have to deal with Skyworth for a product sold and advertised by Makro. Makro got my payment not Skyworth but Makro is passing the buck and avoiding accountability. The Makro rep told me that if Skyworth can't help me then Makro can't help me, and expected me to just accept that. I will be taking this matter up to the CGSO since Makro refuses to sort their mess out.
