Makro Mirror broken

I have made a purchase of a mirror at Makro on the 28th of Feb, the mirror was delivered on the 10th of March, firstly the guy from courier guy called that day and told me to meet him at the Mall I told him I will not be able to as i am at work, however my sister is available at home to collect the delivery. My sister told me when he got outside the mirror was already put next to the gate by courier guy and the guy was rude towards her, when I got home I opened the mirror and to my Suprise the mirror was broken I logged a return immediately and I was told to wait for 14 days for return, I waited and after 2 weeks I received a call from the courier lady saying they have to pick up the mirror I told the lady the will be someone available at home, but no one contacted me I waited that day, but instead I received a call a week after from a Makro consultant telling me that the courier people could not locate my address I must give them my address again and I did, but still I waited for another call and still nothing it's almost a month now and the mirror is still seating at my garage I cannot use it cause its broken I am so disappointed on Makro!!!
