Makro ****ming us on Stanley cups

Makro ****med me plus is dragging their feet fetching my return and refunding me.

I ordered a “Stanley” cup on the 4th April and ive been begging them to take it back since then. It is now September.

They advertised the cup with the ORIGINAL Stanley picture and with the original prices it usually goes for that then got discounted.

The cup I received was completely different to the picture advertised. Different lid (see through plastic), cheap straw that wasnt close to the picture and a completely wrong logo.

On top of all of this, it was delivered broken. The lid was all cracked.

I logged a return and I reached over every platform possible for assistance but I just get brushed off responses saying they have forwarded it to the returns team.

Its been MONTHS and I paid R650 for a **** and broken product.
