Makro ****mers

I returned an item that has damage and did not even work on 23 January 2025. I phoned them after a week and they are looking into it.I phoned again after another two weeks and the same again "escaliting the issue" and still nothing. What kind of ****ty service is that? I want my blerrie money since I thought I'm buying from a respectable company.This is just ****** hiring and buying huge buildings for their ****ming business.
