Makro ****med my money

@Makro_SA Good day, I’m writing this with a heavy heart. I have placed an order of 2 gym equipments) on the 20 August and haven’t received them. My orders were placed at Makro Ottery in Cape-town when my address states clearly I’m in Mpumalanga Standerton. I have been making calls , sending emails WhatsApp text and emails but I’m being told same thing that I will get a call from Makro. Their consultants are bunch of ****s, they give different feedback as if they use many systems . They said my order is on its way, one tells me it’s has been delivered , another says it is cancelled I will get my refund 😡. I don’t know who to believe anymore . Makro online has to be cancelled with immediate effect, they failing us.
