Makro ****med me my money and never received my order

I'm so missed at makro right now ..I made an order on the 29th of October and was supposed to get it on 2 November..but even today I did not receive it On 11th of November I got a message and email that my order was delivered mind you I did not receive anything..no communication from them And just like that they ****med me...now I lost my money and surely will never receive it back Thei delivery companies are bad as he'll and their online consultant are bad and have attitude
