Makro ****med me

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery I received. I paid R8399 for the Hisense 10.5kg Black Front Loader Washing Machine – WF5S1045BB, but was instead delivered what appears to be an older, lower-value model, possibly the WF3S1043BT – Grey, which currently retails for R6999.

The machine arrived unboxed, in poor condition, and without any documentation to confirm the model. This is completely unacceptable and not what I ordered.

To make matters worse, I’ve noticed that the seller listed on your website has changed, which raises serious concerns about transparency and accountability. I feel ****med.

They are saying the item was from a 3rd party seller, when I request for details of that seller they say they also don’t know. My emails are not being responded to, the call centre agents are not helpful at all. I am frustrated R8399 is a lot for an old washing machine!
