I paid for a heater online in June 27 till today the 16 July I haven't received my order. Hellopeter please help me receive my order or a refund. I tried calling them they say my order is with the courier guy but the courier guy says he doesn't have my order. My order number is OD***,:makro is dragging with my order. My number is *** they don't even call me and tell me how far is my order I am the one calling everydayðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

16 Jul 2025, 10:59That's a lie, the courier guys took the order back because the supplier didnt give him the delivery receipt according to your consultant, refund me my money because clearly my heater will not come. Please refund me my money I will buy at Takealot because they have the same heater and they are reliable. You are so *********** n makro is a big shop for such. Refund me please or I will have to call my lawyers.

16 Jul 2025, 15:12Your consultants said I will be refunded my money n it will take 2-7 days I was speaking to them just now, n now you are saying 7-14 working days, which one is true? N on my side it doesn't show that the order has been canceled it still says intransit. It means you will take months and months to give me my money. Makro team u r a disappointment to those who trust you. I will never ever buy anything from you especially online. N I will spread this on all my social platforms and warn people about you.
