Makro Mbombela Extended Warranty
I have bought an LG knock knock fridge in 2022 at Makro Mbombela and also bought an extended warranty. I have logged a call with them since June 4th, I am calling every since them and I am being told everytime that the matter has been escalated. They have assigned an agent named Muhammad who keeps saying he is coming, and now he is not even answering our calls. I very upset and disappointed as it's been over a month now, and we don't have a fridge.
Can we get a refund cause clearly they are not willing to assist us.

19 Jul 2025, 08:51Thank you for your reply, however this is the response I have been getting from all the people I have spoken to at Makro, when I call every week. Up until today. I don't know if there is a technician assigned to come check the fridge or what is happening.
This is really frustrating 😤, cause your email response says ETA is 3 to 5days, however it's now over a month.
