Makro - Massmarts downfall

Makro Online will be the downfall of the Massmart group. Their website is useless as far as any description of product goes (So is that of their Builders group) and it seems the only guys that put some kind of effort in is the Game stores online site. Have had absolutely terrible experience with Makro Online delivery and absolutely ZERO customer service. It seems that the Massmart Group does not understand the threat they are facing by the likes of Takealot and Amazon. I have ordered items from Amazon and received them (Shipped from USA) faster than what Makro can solve a query, nevermind a delivery. Makro's website now has all these "Online Exclusive" products which I absolutely ignore since there is no way I will go through the frustration of ordering online through Makro. In times like these, companies should be 100% committed to customer satisfaction or they will see the decline in their customers ever increasing.
