Makro mask handled very poor

On Saturday 27/2/2021 at 14:15 Me and my wife and niece were stopped at the entrance of Makro Edenvale and refused entry into business because my wife was wearing a plastic see thru mask covering her nose and mouth because of health reason. We had a letter from the Doctor stating the skin infection and that she can only wear this mask. The security made us wait outside while we waited 20 min for a manager who did not even properly listen to the reasons. All the while people passing into entrance kept starring at this confrontation which humiliated my wife again. Funny thing though my wife has been 4 to 5 times into the shop in last two months without incident. This was the worst experience we has had and I have been shopping there for more than 20 years. I don't think I will ever return there. If you have a see thru mask be prepared because they stop you but when explained to in person in charge they let you go in but not at Makro.
