Hidden & Inflated Fees: The numbers on the Makro fee calculator simply do not match reality. They lure you in with estimated commissions and shipping rates, but once items sell, they hit you with extra commission and massively overcharged courier costs that wipe out your profit margins down to nothing.

Zero Communication & Support: There is no proper communication channel between sellers and Makro online. When you log a query or send *** regarding incorrect billing, you are met with automated replies saying "it has been escalated," and then absolute silence. They never actually resolve anything or answer your ***.

Late Payouts & Invoicing Issues: They fail to pay out on time as stated in their terms. Instead, the only *** you actually receive are invoices for overcharged courier rates and commission fees that contradict what was agreed upon.

Selling here is completely not worth it. Makro Marketplace rips sellers off with hidden costs and offers zero accountability. I would not encourage anyone to sell their products through this platform—it only brings frustration, financial loss, and zero support.
