Makro Market place

I bought a laptop on makro online on 22/02/2023 ***.I contacted makro support on the 16/08/2023 because the laptop started giving problems. I was told that the laptop would be collected on the 18/08/2023 to date the the laptop has not been collected ,I keep following up I am being send from pilar to post to date the problem has not been resolved.
