MAKRO Manager the weaklink in the port elizabeth store

ERA MAKRO/ DROP OFF. Dont waste your time at Port elizabeth branch, so unorganised, the manager is useless, rude, no people skills and no business sense. Q moved 10 people in 3 hours, with 200 plus people still in the Q, only to be told, they will help no one after 1:30, doesnt matter that you stood there since they opened. My mom that had a hip replacement, my dad that have trouble with his knees and myself stood there for 3 hours and get turned away without any apologies or empathy or explanation for us standing there for so long. Makro false advertising and failed to deliver on their promise. This is the exact reason i moved away from makro because of their terrible selections in managers. Treat the people like they dirt under his foot. Does he chase away the clients inside the shop aswell when 1:30 hits and is closing time. For me to have faith restored in Makro would be or an sincere apology from him, but that is less likely to happen so 2nd option is to receive my item during the week and give the vouchers i was promised
