MAKRO Manager , Grant SAVES THE DAY !!!

We were getting absolutely nowhere on Thursday 23/04/2019 with Tevo's Blatant Lies and Dishonesty ,- Click on the link to my Full story : (https://www.hellopeter.com/tevo-pty-ltd/reviews/tevo-s-dishonest-and-*********-practices-after-sales-team- ********** ) when Grant , Makro Manager Swooped in to deal with the issue at hand. Makro Service/Repair consultants ( who were also fantastic) had all the paperwork on hand which documented and proved that TEVO had attempted to pull the wool over our eyes. In a matter of minutes Grant was on the phone with them questioning their ********* behavior and in no time we had a new unit(Vaccum Cleaner )in our hands. Grant , you are an asset to Makro and your Prompt , professional manner in which you address customer problems was amazing and second to none. Because of this I will keep coming back to Makro for years to come. I will advise MAKRO tho, to critically look at suppliers who they partner with and to evaluate the level of service in which they interact with Makro Customers. In my particular case TEVO had promised something then turned around and did not deliver on it. This could reflect poorly on MAKRO ( in this case , NOT) but I would hate to see Makro's integrity be questioned because of an *********/unprofessional supplier who cannot maintain the High Standard of Customer Service which you,Grant and Makro Team have set. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!!
