Makro management......really!!

So after weeks of inconvenience when makro took my R3600, they finally concluded their investigation and found that they were at fault and did take my money yet they did not want to give me the goods. They did not take into consideration my 4 bank charges and use of petrol incurred during this process up and down to the store. They refunded my R3600 after 3 weeks and to compensate me for my additional charges, the makro management has offered me a R75 voucher, provided I spend R600. Are you kidding me? So you want me to spend R600 so that you can offer me a R75 off. What makes you think I will even waste my time coming to your store after all that you have put me through to spend R600. I'm amazed that Makro management is this bad to even come up with such.
