MAKRO MAKRO MAKRO MAKRO MAKRO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

20 days after I purchased products online and still no delivery. I received an sms from makro last week Wednesday saying my order is ready for collection at Makro Stubens Valley. I leave work early to rush to the store. I get there and I'm told that they have not received anything. I am told by the store manager that there is nothing they can do and it's Makro DC's fault. I do not have the energy to call Makro anymore because all you will hear is lies and more lies! When you deducted my R4200 from my account you did not indicate that there are actually two separate entities here, Makro stores and "Makro DC". Can you just deliver my items so I can part ways with you guys. Never imagined I would have to beg a company to give me products that I've payed for about a month ago!
