Makro - makro disappointing experience!
I ordered expensive items from Makro Online (R40,000 worth), which was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Half the order was delivered on time, but the remainder never came. Makro did not let me know about the change, and my repeated calls to the Makro callcentre is completely helpless. They take my calls and promise to get back to me, but does not ever get back to me. I have taken a huge gamble on Makro, giving them a chance. Huge mistake that I will never repeat. Seems the only option would be to cancel the order now and start the fight for my money back. I will communicate my disappointment much wider that HelloPeter. Makro certainly does not offer anything you cannot get through multiple other stores who still value their clients and certainly do not deserve our support. What a disappointment!!
