MAKRO Making Samsung look bad Makro Repair ID ***

I purchased a Samsung curved monitor from Makro

Since I have had this monitor it has been in to Makro Montague Gardens, each time taking 3-4 weeks to be seen to. I get told that it has been repaired and ready for collection, each time I collect it and go back to the office and plug it in it either works briefly (hour or two) and then stops.

I have subsequently request a refund and they cannot sort the screen out and blame it on Samsung (which in all my experience I have nothing but good to say about them) I have again been into the store and the manager on numerous occasions has promised to give me feedback, NOTHING but empty promises.

The staff from the department call me weekly and ask me to come and collect my screen, we have the same conversation telling them that the manager has made no contact and I will not collect as it will still not be in working order.
