Makro making excuses with refunds

If only I read the reviews I would not have made an online purchase with Makro..MAK*** I am waiting for a refund of R7000, their consultants are even trained to make the same excuse, they all say the matter has been escalated to finance department, it's been a month now. I have logged a complaint with Consumer Goods and services Ombuds today, I hope this matter gets resolved ASAP. Makro doesn't care, I will also go to their centurion branch to demand for my money I am very tired.
