makro makes makro errors with online sales don’t use this service

Makro rep**** privately so they didn’t have to keep their word in public :
Their whatsapp line promised me delivery today the first time and then didn’t follow up the second time 4 hours later I had to start again and they again assured me the product was delivered because there is only one order number for the 4 separate products no one has a clue what’s happening.

this is my reply to that response: now on call 2 for today and the woman’s got no record of the person i spoke to this morning and it’s hours after I wrote this review and radio silence from your company besides this chat gp generated response I am no cross this is shocking service I believe the product hasn’t even left the supplier yet. Your chat gp promise of a solution and direct contact is now as laughable as the orginal delivery. because there is only one order number for 4 separate products they keep telling me the order has been delivered and not actually following up.
