Makro lost my fridge!!!!

I bought a R13000 fridge on thw 12th of November. It was supposed to be delivered on the the 13th. It never came. They say it is at the courier, but they have not received it either. So Makro has lost my fridge. Their call centre has no interrest in helping, and employ people like Nkosinathi and Byron who are absolutely useless and no help at all. They refuse to put me in contact with any form of manager. I am now forced to take legal action because their so-called escalations amounts to nothing, only silence.
