Makro loosing its quality
I am a serial Makro shopper for many years and have also remained loyal to the store. I bought an external hardrive 4TB sometime in 2014 with cash that I received for Christmas in 2013. I guard this hardrive with my life and take utmost care of it. however since yesterday, it refuses to instantly connect. I have to hold the USB cable really tight against the hardrive for it to work. Even though I have the hardrive for over a year it should not be doing this. I have items that I bought from Makro many years ago, while I was at campus, and they still work in perfect order. Is there anyway that Makro can help me put here, I really cannot loose any of the contents I have saved on the hardrive. Please assist.
