Makro looses the click and collect efficiency title for sure

I decided to use the online "click" and collect service for Makro. I only selected 7 items and they were all in stock. I then confirmed payment and selected Collect at the store. Only on conclusion of the payment did the summary show collection in 2-5 days? I called the store and advised me in 3 days I will receive a notice to possibly collect ? I am not sure how any company offers an efficient and effective service and takes 3 days to pick this in their own shop? I asked to cancell and refund me and they said that will take 3-5 days ???? What on earth is going on with this service. maybe just allow customers to come in store as this efficient service is far from efficient as other companies in this space can deliver my product quicker that you take to pick and have ready for me to collect ?? I can even get Food made and collected at a drive through quicker that you picking 3 cases of coke and a few colddrinks in 3 days ?
