Makro Liquor prices no longer comparable to supplier prices.

I used to use Makro Liquor to purchase liquor for my business when I was running short or the supplier was out of stock. I can't do that anymore because they Makro have priced themselves out of my price range. Makro is no longer a viable option for me. For example on a case of dumpies from Makro was R10 - R15 more expensive than the supplier of that product. I bought 3 cases of Smirnoff Pine Twist dumpies the other day and was shocked to see that Makro was R36 more expensive per case than the supplier. When it comes to bottles Makro used to be about the same price as the supplier on average. That's no longer the case. I bought 2 cases of Tanqueray gin a week back because I was still working on the old model. Again I was shocked to see that the price difference per bottle was a whopping R20. On average I would spend 4k to 5k at a time topping up at Makro. I won't do that anymore. Goodbye Makeo, it was nice knowing you.
