Makro lies on this platform, and delivers faulty appliances

It is now 5 weeks since I paid and received a faulty Defy tumble drier from Makro. 3 weeks since Defy came to my house to confirm its a manufacturing default. When I write reviews here they reply they answered me in person-not true!!!! I still do not get feedback or my money back. Bought a tumble drier because I need one-after 5 weeks still do not have my money or a working tumble drier. People please do not order or buy appliances from Makro. They do not keep to their policies of full refund if its faulty and reported within 14 days
